Only listing mono modes

On my radio box, the Shoutcast plug in only lists a few MP3 decoder choices, all mono. On my main system, many other modes including high speed and stereo are listed. What is the problem with the radio box?

I'm using Winamp 2.91, Shoutcast 1.82b, SqrSoft Crossfade 1.75, Thomson MP3PRO decoder.
