Hi folks! I'm looking for some help on designing my next tattoo. So, here I am, shamelessly begging for some concept drawings (or even links to get some ideas) from our artistic members. SOMEONE, was supposed to design it, but, he's too busy and stuff. I'll have it done on my lower back, just a little above hip height. Here are some ideas floating around my mind:

A chinese dragon (to represent the Rugrat's birth year)
the Pices symbol (my birth month)
a fairy (no, not like Tinkerbell, something a little more darker)
and what the heck, even a Tribal design

ShyShy I drew 3 tattoos for my friends and they actually got them! I'll draw those tattoos for you. Do you want a seperate concept drawn for each or some blends? I'd prefer you don't get tribal, it's pretty common. Maybe too common. ;)

Do you want a detailed dragon, or a solid tribal-like dragon?

Actually, I'm looking for a smooth design, more of a shading technique than details, I'm thinking of the time spent under the needle.

LOL, I'm half white and half Filippino(Mutts of the China Sea). One of my maternal great-grandfather was a Spaniard that went AWOL during the American-Spanish war fought in the early 1900's, which accounts for the reddish tint to my hair and the freckles on my face :igor: ANYWAYS, back to work guys! Just found out today that the artist is going to do it for free when she gets back from the east coast at the end of October!!!

Ive got just the dragon you want, but i dont have a damn scanner, adn the one at school isnt working!! AHHHH! I also dont have a digicam, so it might be a day or two before i can get it to you. plus im thinking on working on an evil fairy.

I mentioned a while back that I draw these really gothic, complex drawings. Some people say they look like tatoos, which I agree on :)

Here's one of my favorites, not the best, but still a good one imo.

No, sorry I don't have a scanner. I took that with a digital camera. I'll see if I can fix it up to be a little less blurry though.

The evil fairy. Pices symbol is there too, take a look! BTW, she is not wearing pants, only a top. :) Are you going to get a colored fairy? Another thing, the wings are sort of transparent.

@Pixelcraft: I'm officially asking for your permission to use your drawing as a tattoo! With some minor tweaking of course by the tattoo artist herself.

@Starbucks: Same as above. Though I may have to wait on the fairy until next year, tax returns and stuff.

So you'd rather have the Pices symbol with the fairy rather than the dragon am I correct?

BTW that dragon looks like a semi-tribal design, is that what you're looking for? Not the full detailed dragon right?

Last post for the nite, sorry for not being clearer. Pices symbol with the fairy, Chinese Dragon symbol with Pixel's design. Mucho lovings guys, I really appreciate it. And Pixel's design kinda looks like dragons, so I'll go with that one. Thanks Starbucks for your hard work, your drawings are really awesome.

Cool! Green's my favorite color too! That one's a keeper, now just have to think of a place to have it done, lol.

BTW if you can't really notice the colors, her top is purple, her boot (she only has one boot on) is purple, her ass and face is your skin (duh), Wavy grass is green, fish are red, her hair is blonde (I melt like butter for blond haired women.) The scarf around her right leg is purple (I forgot to color it) and her wings are transparent green.

Sorry, pixel and Starbucks, I haven't been able to get either design done yet. The tattoo artist ended up staying on the East Coast and I've yet to find someone that comes highly recommended and affordable. I just wanted you to know that I haven't forgotten y'alls efforts on my behalf and I really do want these designs done. Thanks. :)
