I must get that. I once had a Yes album (90125), it was weird to say the least. The LP must be up in the attic now.

The clocks go forward an hour in about 3 weeks time (usually the last Sunday of October).

Interesting. The clocks actually go back an hour soon (not forwards)! I don't know why they don't leave it at GMT. :rolleyes:

I rather like The Final Cut, but that's getting more into "written and directed by Roger Waters, performed by Pink Floyd" territory :).
I think I'd probably agree that Dark Side of the Moon was the best (and the last) "real" PF album.

'Animals' has always been my personal fave.
Awesome lyrics.
But I guess most people would go for one of DSotM, WYWH, or The Wall.

I own a copy of the 1977 release "vinyl album". Is there an Animals version out that I do not know about?
A CD maybe, not like the original release?

also people would not be happy calling Floyd "prog rock".. isn't that Yes, ELP, king crimson etc.

Weird you people did not mention yet Dream Theater ;) or Symphony X (albiet these two are more Metal, but still) Spock's Beard, Queensryche, Kansas, etc...
