i am making a website for my radio but the problem is im stuck on ideas and then most ideas i can not do, so heres the cath. Is any one willing to help me make a website for this well atleast a template coding probably aswell but i can get that sorted if not. what its for is true inferno radio i think the name gives it away which involves flames you can call it a radio network if you want but we also have several stations with different DJs in this design im also wanting to include some things of vector imagery. Im wanting a Hi-Tech sort of look and that aswell. if you are willing to help me please post and if you have any messengers like AIM,ICQ or MSN i cant use YIM because its not working for me somehow, if you do have a messenger please PM me your contact details.


any help will be appreciated and there will be a really special thank you to you on the site when its finished and if you are also wanting to have a station to broadcast to well a shoutcast server i am willing to get you one set up.

hey i saw your work i like it a lot was that car a vector and the vectors i will sort out but all im wanting really is the body for the template which i want an industrial/hi-tech look the name is true inferno so there will be flames but i want the body to be 3D black or dark grey something like that. i will be making this into flash using swish when the template is done but i will be having a forum on which i will put in an i frame so it needs to be big to fit this in. thanks for your help by the way for that car did you only use illustrator or another aswell.

I only used Illustrator for the car which is completely vector based, I did a Nissan Skyline sometime ago but I have to find it somewhere. Do you think it would look cool if it was made of a combination of black and red, with no Iframes? Iframes will just get in the way, I think the regular scroll method is better for large sites with lots of graphics. And what do you think about Vector flames? I think I like the Idea. And is it trueinferno.com?

does the link trueinferno.com work for you if it does what does it say im trying to get that domain if it says that domain is bought tell me from what company someone is getting me a surprise i think and it could be the domain by the way leave the vector imagery to me well you can use a bit but i want a big window in the middle for a crew oage and the rest probably if you can make a nice style for me or make a tutorial on the style you do so i can edit the shape if i want. let me know, remember i will be making this into flash and the crew part will have photos of the crew in flash and when you click on that certain member a box will pop up aswell as a few other effects these will be vector images im wanting a sort of metal look for the body and by the way what do you mean exactly how will i get a forum into my webpage with the navigation and stuff still existing and by the way it will be an invision or phpBB forum and are you sure you havent any instant messengers if you have atleast oen that isnt YIM let me know i also have ICQ but ill have to look for my number

Use this this design. Just save the web page (File > Save As >) then use an editor to edit this template. Please note that I did not split the other images. So you can use slicing if you want.

The forum style can be done. I beleive it is their own template, or one that was developed for phpbb forums, like http://www.mamboportal.com/. They have pre made templates, and they are free for download. You could probably achieve a similar design with mambo, without hard work.

Yes. Do you want to abandon the current design? I've never made a forum skin, but I bet we could just use the template that we can get, and it can be tweaked so it will look the same.

i actually like that but do you think you will be able to add a border hi tech style around the edge for some reason i dont like it when they have a 3D effect in but at the edge its 2D i think im not going to make a flash version for the startor true inferno but i will at a later date i will say stick with that design and if you will also make a forum template and the smilies i think i have covered if there still on my computer i will upload them for you. by the way when you have finished this will you make a forum avatar and signature ,also is it possible to add in some 3D studio max effects or what ever thing you use for the effects like for that elementled in your portfolio that 3D effect in the background.

well at that menu bar were its red theres a black line splitting them both from blending together can you do this so they blend together and you have too shades of grey and one has the copyright info in can you put a thin red bar above that which is the same color as the border

You see, the second shade of grey is supposed to seperate the entire web page from it's content, showing that copyright is not part of the pages media. You might think it looks funky, but I assure you, it's not. So do you still want to blend it?

Also, I put the black line between them because it looks funky if it blends, but if you want to change it, I could do that.

i might be making this too much work or not but i was wondering after this has all been done will you make a winamp skin maybe one for winamp2 (especially so i can use it) and maybe a winamp3 skin aswell (for all those who have the newer version) and be sure to mention the sites name like the official winamp skin of true inferno version 1

I will make the other pages first, then I will make the items that go with those pages (like the "now playing" links and the DJ online stuff) This is going to take a while. After all this if finished, the forums will come last.

Let's see. The actual creation of all the web pages (not including the forum) will take about 2-3 weeks. The skin will take about 3-4 weeks. It might or might not take as long, but I can't gaurentee for sure because this is a time consuming project and I don't have that much free time. :)

ok, well ill be taking tutorials and such so im not in much of a hurry now im not bored stiff like i normally am so that will solve me psetering for a bit. if i beat you with my design ill let you know but i doubt it but if i do my design wont go online until i get traffic i will set up things and the lot. in other words i will have traffic moniters and things that tell me were visitors have come from for my afflaites. if you have any good things that you can suggest that i can get for free let me know, i know to search hotscripts for these things.

I suggest using both Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and Microsoft FrontPage when designing websites. They are the best tools for the job and they are the indusry standard. Don't worry I can finish this web site pretty quick but don't expect a forum anytime soon. :)

It should be faster. I use Dreamweaver for rollovers and PhotoShop to make the images.

Nope. I did an intro for a company but I never saved it. So when they went bankrupt, I lost it. I quit flash a long time ago.

well for the stations there will be that profile thing a few pages back well something similar to that will need to be mad ethere will eb a few and i will need to be able to add extras the more info needs to become listen. photos is a gallery aswell as inferno crew should be. conatct not so sure on but needs to contain info about AIM details and that for people and at last for downloads a table liek they ahve at deviant art for there software section.

Contacts should contain Webmaster's contact (email or whatever) DJ's email addresses and AIMs if you want. That sounds about it.

You need to decide what will go in the other pages. Be very descriptive. The last thing I want to do is change every detail over and over.

The pages are all linked, so download the html files and write whatever you want to go in those pages then send them to me so I can edit them. It's better if we do it that way.

My honest opinion, it's not bad, but it's not good either. It needs to have a hifher contrast ratio, and angled 3d borders need to be anti-aliased. Also, make the top image merge better with the left corner of the menu bar. People will pay about $50 for this.

BTW, I used to make new designs daily for corporates and contract jobs.

thanks for youre opinion someone said it was worth about $30 but he kind of wants people to buy his designs and ive had an offer for £30 which is about $60 well just over can you tell me the exact price please. by the way if you know anybody else wanting a design like this let me know because im selling it to multiple people.

thanks, i cant sell the design yet one of the buyers well the only one offering at the minute hasnt been online for a couple of days, but someone has been asking me about a template design and hes offering a reseller account which i think ive already got one with me working for this company so ill strike a deal with him.
