Yes waymon, that's a URL.

The apple.com navbar is pretty much the only "designed" thing on your site, so yeah, what are you looking for here? Comments about the content? Traffic for your forum? Help with site design?

I posted in your forums, but I will repeat here: the forums you have now don't look that good. Try using a free PHP board, such as Invision (http://www.invisionboard.com/) or PHPbb (http://www.phpbb.com/) Both have admin demos so you can try them out before using. They require PHP and MySql (I think).
