can't connect to server

We are team of broadcasters using my friend's radio's server, he bought a shell, but 2 dj's cannot connect to the server, they even can't open the shotcast administrator website ('page can't be displayed' message), both of their ISP is verizon.
The same problems apply to some of our listeners, they can't hear us (error connecting to host), most of them start with the ip address 202.*.*.*
Can you help us with this problem ?

Since the DNAS supports only one connection at a time, you'll need to combine your DJs into one source using some conferencing hardware/software before sending it to the DNAS.

Search the forums for several solutions.

Are you getting errors in your server log when trying to connect?

We are using someone else's server, and yes we got errors in the server log, what i meant with the 2 djs, they try to connect seperately to the server but since they both have the same ISP, they can't get through.
We have something like these :

dest: 202.*.*.* Invalid resource request(/listen.p)
[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (please type something in the genre field)

and also like this :

[yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request)

To fix the "yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (please type something in the genre field)" error, you need to type something in the genre field.

Still can't fix, and also find this:
