Errr maybe?

Depends on what and how much I have to pay. Would be nice if it were like the iTunes service..

i don't like the sound of this. (http://www.napster.com/partners.html#micrsoft)
Microsoft provides a number of key technologies, including the Windows Media format and Windows Media digital rights management, that help Napster deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.

not that i can use the service anyway, being in the UK and indirectly connected to the internet, but even so...

Napster is a cool little program, but you can't play the files in winamp unless someone else knows something that I don't. You have to play the files in a program that has windows media management in or something like that. Is there a way that you could add that to winamp?

ya and the real reasion why it's called Napster is because the real creator was napping when the other guy (the so called "inventor of Napster") stole the source code and got all the credit!!!

I downloaded Napster, and a few songs. The catalog of music really isn't that great, almost the same as iTunes I found (with the stuff I'm into). THe quality is the same, if not less, than iTunes also. Plus, using WMA to encrypte the audio files is bad. They're extremely protected, and burning then ripping isn't worth my time.

I subscribed for the 1 month trial, and the concept is very good, but the music selection isn't the greatest and alot of the tracks you can only buy, so why would you pay $10 a month just to listen to some of the music and not all of it?

What do you mean you can 'only buy' them. What else would you do? Sell them?

Napster sucks.

And yes. I would dig the speakers the Real Napster has in that movie. Quite the fun I would have, yes?

No, you can only buy them, you can't listen to them even if you you are a subscriber.

Yeah. Napster should just host my images for me, and bugger off, because it's all legal and... "Pussyfied" now.

THAT IS NOT NAPSTER
Its roxio misusing the napster name. If you want to use napster or itunes or what the hell ever and you are not in the US just get a US PO Box. talk to some body over the good ol IM and have them set one up for you in your name and you should be good.
