Winamp 5 Skin Dev Kit?!?

I have sufficient coding and graphical abilities now and the MM3 skin sparked some interst and inspiration to do a WA5 exclusive skin. So, Just wanted to know when will there be a Winamp 5 Skin Dev kit? There's nothing in the Develop section even pertaining to WA5 exclusively.

Considering that Winamp5 can use 3 versions of skins(Winamp2, Winamp3 and winamp5 skins) I bet you could use the skin kit already on this website. After that just look at the winamp5 modern skin and find the new stuff. Yeah its hard but the skin tutorials they have already made are spectacular. You could basic HTML/XML writing.
