WinAmp 5 Internet TV

I see there are a few ( and growing more as we speak ) people who are hosting live TV, Videos, Webcams, Etc.... I can't find anywhere on how to do that. I'd like to setup my webcam and have people be able to view it via WinAmp!

Help is needed! I don't even know where to turn. I noticed one link had something to do with VP31 ? I'm not sure what that was.

So I'm assuming ShoutCast does Video and Audio?

All I see is Audio?
