Winamp 5 forum

As WA5 is just around the corner and rc8 version is must be nearly perfect (well for me anyway) cant we have specific forum to discuss?

Winamp 5 is just an upgrade to Winamp 2. Hence why the Winamp 2 forums are used to discuss it.

but woundn't it make sence to start it sooner rather than later?

I've been WA3 user awaiting soooooooooo long for a safe'ish WA5 to use. The WA2 forum is a mixture of both. Maybe if it were just one area only it would certainly help split the new from the old?

Better to filter out what you want to read.

Am I alone in this thought?

When will Winamp 5 get it's own forums?
Since Winamp 5 is an upgrade to Winamp 2.X (unlike Winamp3 being a separate product) upon (or near) release the Winamp 2.X forums will most likely be renamed to serve Winamp 5. Winamp 2.X will no longer have its own forums.
