Playlists and other things

Hi guys ..
I have a problem ... I want to stream a playlist from the server if the moderator goes offline... I made a playlist but winamp show me all songs with are in the playlist... I want, that winamp show me a connection to the stream.
How can I do that

Hi i have more question ... Can i stream from the server???
The songs would be on the Linuxserver. and the stream should only stream them. How should i do that.. ?
