shoutcast url

hi everyone i install and setup shoutcast on on my ip address i'm able to connect to shoutcast on my home pc with my ip address however i have a dynamic ip is it possible to setup a noip on shoutcast or is it possible to add a domain name instead of using my ip adress

You can get a static name, such as foo.bar.com (not as cool as that, though :)) from http://www.no-ip.com or one of the other myriad of Dynamic DNS Services (http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Servers/Address_Management/Dynamic_DNS_Services/).
Then, your links would be:
DNAS link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport
Listen link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport/listen.pls

i already have a no-ip url/name pbradio.myftp.biz where do i enter it in shoutcast

Before I answer, please describe the general locality of the Winamp/DSP combo and your DNAS.

Are they on the same machine, smae lan, or separated by the Internet?
