Delays between tracks

I would like to add a 5,10,15 second delay between mp3 tracks. Can someone suggest how this is possible? I run spin classes and use winamp on a laptop but the songs come to fast. New to winamp. Thanks in advance.

add delay before burn
run from CD
smoke some crack and go beat up a cop

or search the plugins section. try the word minidisc, as most of teh plugins that do it are designed for that
