were can i get a free site where i can upload using ie. boomspeed.com was a site i used but i didnt follow the rules. its funny one day i went in the forums and saw like 100 complaints askin y they cant log on and they all didnt follow the rules. but the rule i didnt follow was uploading pics and then showin the pics from that site on somewhree else like here. (hope ya understand me )

Why not just use the webspace that your ISP provides?

Besides, paid hosting is cheap now.
