badframes.stt problem

VP6 version 6.1.0.2 have fixed badframe.stt problem.

but NSV decoder plugin for VP6(nsvdec_vp6.dll)is based on old version.
This one spread out badframe.stt files in our HDD.
Please release new VP6 decoder plugin based on VP6 ver 6.1.0.2(No more badframes.stt version)

it was encoder side bug, so changing decoder maybe useless (dunno for real), to get rid of that file, every streamer should reencode files with new version
