Is you ISP on a transparent proxy, try changing your yport in the config to 666

Have you forwarded port 8000 (called virtual server on d-link routers) to the right internal ip address. Have you enabled it, Is it set to TCP ?

You say port 8000 is opened, you need to forward this port to the right IP are you sure you have done this. Is the ip that apears in the NAK error the right IP, is it the IP that apears in the WAN section of your router staus page. If it says it cannot connect to port 8000 then it cannot connect there must either be some sort of firewall blocking it, you have not set up port forwarding (virtual server) correctly or it is trying to connect to the wrong IP. Post your ip here and i will check out port 8000 for you, there is no point hiding it, people will need to know it in order to connect to your broadcast any way.

i dont know.. is there anyways i can finde that out if i got a transperent proxy?

<01/21/04@14:40:19> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 213.64.190.227:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection refused))

From scanning your port it 8000 comes up as closed and 8001 comes up as filtered. Filtered means firewalled, closed means that the port is open in the firewall but there is no service running on the port, e.g. you have not forwarded the port correctly it is forwarded to the wrong ip address, have you got more than one PC plugged into the router, have you forwarded the port to the wrong machine ?

If your router status page shows your wan ip to be 213.64.190.227 then you are not running through a transparent proxy if it shows a different ip then you are, however changing the yport to 666 fixes the transparent proxy issue.

okay.. im using 2comps.
ive chanhed the yport to 666 now.
should i open port 8001 too?

winamp 192.168.0.101 TCP 8000/8000 always

you only need to open port 8001 if you need to allow source connections form people on the internet otherwise don't bother.

The point i'm tring to make is that, is 192.168.0.101 the LAN ip address of the machine running shoutcast. I suspect that it is not, my port scan showed that you had the right port forwarded but that the computer that it was forwarded to had nothing running on port 8000 (i.e. no shoutcast).

see this thread for what i think is your problem http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=165752
