Your first consideration is video frame rate.
The lower the frame rate, the lower the bandwidth consumed.
Your second consideration is audio encoding rate.
Again, the lower the encoding rate, the lower the bandwidth consumed.
You can experiment with those two variables to achieve the results that best suit your specific needs.

And what about Deinterlace Video, should I enable this?
Will the quality better by Deinterlace Video or not ?

VP6 codec user guide
This users guide will provide detailed information on the different settings within the VP6 codec.
Once You have installed the VP6 code, you can look in the VP6 codec install folder. This folder should be as follows - Drive Letter:\Program Files\On2 Technologies\VP6 VFW Codec
The name of the file is : VP6 VFW User Guide.doc

Watch this (http://pissant.stinkyhands.com/nsvgui/examples/96vp6.nsv) clip. It is a sample of the 96kbps profile used in my GUI.
If you don't want to use my GUI, this profile can also be used with the nsvenc CLI. Just download the 0.6.1.2 update off my site, and extract 096vp6aac.profile out of the profile folder. Rename this to nsvenc.exe.profile and stick it into ur nsvtools folder. Enjoy.
And for your de-interlace question, only use on a interlaced source. If your source is MPG or AVI, you don't need it. If you are ripping from a DVD, you probably do.

Hi everyone:
If you're using AAC for audio, all you have to do is set the audio bitrate to 96 Kbps. the video will pretty much take care of itself.
You can encode using Ken's GUI or NSVTools. It doesn't matter. :)
Cheers for now :)
