View Full Version : I need help- do listen radio in winamp

I live in Estonia! And i want to listen radio in winamp but i can't listen all radio stations! Why? I can only listen power hit radio --->http://rs.tele2.ee:8000/ And some else! But why i can't listen other radio stations, which i can listen in media player and real player!
I wan't to listen all radio stations in winamp! s that possible??

Most likely a firewall problem. Make sure Winamp has access to all ports, most Shoutcast streams (but not all) are on port 80 or in the range 8000 to 9000.

no no! Problem is not like that! Problem is about that, some (most) radio stations working only windows media player and real one player but i wan't they to listen in winamp! How I can do it?

Ah, there not compatable with Winamp, dont bother trying.

Also if they are either WiMP or CrapPlayer only, there not worth listening to.

You may be able to find some help here (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=155680#wma)

As Vie says, not all radio streams can be played, though there is sometimes a work around. Do a forum search for 'mms:// streams'

hmm, i think u are right! But if I install some plug-in, then can I listen all radio station, which link(name) is like that: asxgen.aspx.asx <---now i can listen it 'in media player, but i wan't it listen in winamp!
You said that, I can't listen! No ok I understand, but, why??....
