This bug is weird and anoying. It's here since WinAmp 2.XX (heritage???)http://forums.winamp.com/newthread.php?action=newthread&forumid=4#
Try this in the classic skin:
1. Play a song (and don't stop it). Let say this "Song 1"
is XXX minutes long.
2. From the playlist, select "REM" (remove menu) and "REM ALL" (remove all songs from palylist).
3. Add a new song or directory of songs from the playlist menu "ADD". You'll see a song in the playlist highlited in white. Let say this highlited song is "New song" and is YYY minutes long.
4. Make any move in the order of the playlist, like add a song (doesn't work if you add a directory of songs), remove a song, change the order of any song (by drag an drop any song in the playlist, randomize list, sort by name...,doesn't matter if you only have 1 song in the playlist, just drag an drop it).
Whoala!! If you done right, the main window song will show:
"New song" whith XXX minutes.
=This bug doesn't work if you remove manually one by one the songs in the playlist=
P.D. excuse my poor english...http://forums.winamp.com/newthread.php?action=newthread&forumid=4#
