i have looked all over the forums, spent about 2 hours looking and could not find the answer, sp please excuse me if this is a reapeadly asked question, like isaidi just cant seem to find wht im looking for

i have winamp 5, and have recently discovered the internet tv feature. i want to make my own video channel and was wondering waht i needed to do this. and if possible if there is a guide somewhere explaining what to do. the easier the guide the better :D
