What is your upload bandwith, what kbps is the video encoded at, and how many people do u have set for max?

I have like a 416 bandwidth, its encoded at 128 and max users are at 32, although, only 1 perons will connect and it schoppy for htem...

do you have cable? on some ISPs, despite what the max bandwith is, it can't be distributed all at once. for example, even if you have enuff to run a 128 stream, it may be buffer crazy while a 96 will run perfectly.
so try 96 and see if it works, and for the love of god, turn down ur max users

I did the video at 96. I have max users at 5! And still choppy. I have cable too, i mean, with a 416 bandwidth, i dont know how that could be choppy... its soo annoying..

is this 416 your upload bandwidth? Not to be confused with download which is generally higher.

If 416 is his download, then he has a crappy cable connection. anywho, try this test (http://pcpitstop.com/internet/BandwidthUp.asp) to see your upload bandwith
