A mirror reflects things off the surface, but what you see in the mirror is reverse to what's actually real...You put "dog" in a mirror, and it's backwards, therefore spelling the word...

...oh wait, the word would still be dog, but the letters are still backwards...You actually have to rearranged them in order for you to make "dog" spell "god"... :D

most accounts of the presence of a higher god power use the explanation that god is unfathomable to us mere mortals, in order to explain away lots of inconsistencies in the god myth, such as "why does god allow _______ to continue happening?" or "if god created us, who created god?"

my answer is this: if god is so unfathomable to us mere mortals, i really wish people would stop trying. i can't fathom high-order physics or mathematics, so i leave it completely alone. by that same right, i argue that just about no one on earth can truly comprehend god, so why don't we just leave him alone and go about our lives, and let him go about his?
