Artist/Song Title Display Problom

I followed every post I could find on this matter yesterday and followed every suggestion and triple checked all of my setting and the artists name and song title still do not show up for my listiners. I recently networked the computers in my office and this problom seems to have come about at the same time. Could anyone help me? Thanks

Is updating enabled?

Is the Winamp/DSP combo input method Winamp or soundcard?

Is the DNASs SrcIP or DestIP set to anything other than ANY?

Do you use a DSP stacker?

Enable Title Updates is checked
Auto Title is checked
Auto URL is checked

Input method is Winamp

as for your last two I am not sure where to check those configurations. Please advise me how to do so, thank you.

also when i go to options>preferences>then to DSP Effect then to Configure, nothing comes up and if i try it too many times it crashes winamp.
