Http Error

Ok Im a semi newbie...I just started figuring out streaming using shoutcast as of 8 hours ago. I have successfully setup the audio using the dsp...and used radiotoolbox...My problem is with the preencoded NSV video...
I followed the instructions exactly...
but when I run the damn server it gives me this error:
yp.shoutcast.com gave error (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request)

and it keeps repeating it over and over again.

I setup a .bat file in the NCVTools directory with the
following contents:
nsvscsrc locahost:8000:test:header.txt G:\Temp

the loading of the file is successfull etc, but then i get the stupid HTTP error...
anyone PLZ help me!

in header.txt make sure there are no spaces in the icy-aim[i] field (and for [i]icy-icq).
