Once again, another priceless lawsuit, filed by a guy named Michael Sudor for $6 million after he finds old footage of the band Sum 41 throwing a hot dog at him on the bonus material on one of their CDs. "Sudore claims that the on-screen insult has since negatively affected his business and has also caused significant psychological trauma."

I find this bit quite amusing: it was given an R rating by the Manitoba Film Classification Board, making it unavailable for purchase to anyone under the age of 18 in that province.Do you think they've sold a single fully legal copy to anyone who won't give it as a gift yet?
