Last question : NSV Format Option, Metadata ?

One last question, and i'm ready for my live :
File header and Metadata in the options, what is this about ?
The docs doesnt talk about that for live streaming.
(I use AAC/VP6 with NSVCap).

Please explain briefly. It will be usefull for newbies.

becaues they aren't used for live streaming. the File header is used for nsv archive files.
