not sure if it's by purpose, but the dialog 111:1033 in the modern.exe contains english text. guess in most cases one doesn't realize that dialog anyway, but shouldn't it be available in multiple languages?

As you can find in the Readme, that window is displayed while the data is being validated and extracted.
It can only be in one language because language data is also compressed.
