To skin designers: Permission to use your skin design in custom player

We are small team who have created new h.264 video encoder and decoder.
Now we are looking for someone who will be interested in our work.
To demonstrate the technology we have created custom video player.
Now we want to give player great look and style.
We are interested in permission from skin authors to use your design.
We will provide your copyright information and link in AboutBox.

I want to create skin for our application by copying graphics from an existing WinAmp skin.
But I do not want to make a Rip! So I need permission from skin author.

- If you are skin author please give me your skin name or url with permission to modify and use it. Give your copyright information and any other requirement for aboutbox.

- If you have doubts, that we will profane your design after modification, I can send modified version to you for approval.

- If this requires payment, we can go to private discussion.

Target application is media player with number of features near Windows Media Player 6.4

Please ask me if something is not clear.
