Various Bandwidth

Hello everyone, I have noticed some stations where you can tune in on multiple bandwidth (ie, the listener chooses 32k, 56k or 128k). How is this possible, I want to give listeners the choice for my station and was wondering how.

Any help would be gratefuly recieved.
