How can I get connected so other can Hear? Does anyone know how I can find a IP? I don't know what that is and where can a get a free or low cost shoutcast server?

I recommend Crucial Servers (http://www.crucialservers.net) for your server needs. Tell them Chris referred you ;)

http://www.whatismyip.com , just go there to find out your IP.

You can also self host your server, you would need to run DNAS, which can be found at:
