If anyone can help me out, i would really appriciate it.

I'm new to audio streaming and i have a dedicated server.
Im going to be doing auto streaming from my PC then transmite to my server, then from the server to my site and my site to the listen.

in the setup file, i don't know how to set this up so it works. I tryed it but it still tells me the server is down.
So what options do i setup so it does it the way i want it.

Im using SAM2 for broadcasting if it makes a difference!

Oh Ya, My Server is Windows 2003 Server

Thank You

Initially there is little you have to do to setup the Shoutcast server to run. Install it on the server, edit the config file to reflect what port you want to use, max users and a password to protect your stream. Set the IP, Port and password in the SAM encoders and you should be good to go. The server will say it is down until you start sending a source stream and the SAM encoders should show you if something is sending or not and if not, why.

If you're getting errors and the such post a copy of your DNAS log file where the error occured as well as any errors the SAM encoder may be reporting to you.
