Hello, i'm thinking of creating my own online radio station, its already popular ( about 10 users listening now ) and i would like to make sure i'm doing legal here.
Do i buy a license or something to broadcast music, which the fee's go to the Artists etc?

Depends which country you are in...
I don't know, I don't use a license and I live in the States.

Do you need a license if your in the UK (United Kingdom)?
if you stream music with copyrights on it - yes you need a license
if you stream independant groups and have an agreement with them or you have a talk radiostation you don't have to pay.
