mixed audio problem

The winamp portion works fine, but when I try to use the line feed there is no sound. It appears to be receiving a feed and connecting, but I can't hear anything.

I have selected stereo mixer from the recording control and selected recording. The volume is up. From what I understand I should be able to plug my mixer into the sound card and Dj, right?

If you have your mixing board into the Line In on your pc, then select "Line In" on your recording properties.

He is using the Traktor DJ mixing program, and is wondering how to get the music played on there into winamp.

Are there any programs like traktor that are compatible with winampo he can use?
