What do you mean by "using Winamp search"?

You mean in Winamp -> Media Library > Internet Radio?

If so, then increase the amount of streams to fetch from the sc dir in:
Prefs > Media Library > Internet Radio/TV

The default is 500, so you would need to be in the top 500 streams (most listeners) to be listed.

My current setting is 3500

How do I increase my max listener for shoutcast it is currently set at 32 listeners. Thanks for all your help!!!

[Edit --> DJ Egg]
Moved from WA-TS to SC-TS
Please post all broadcaster related questions/issues in the Shoutcast forums.
Winamp Tech support is for client/listener side only
(ie. your first question belonged in WA-TS, but your second one doesn't).

"How do I increase my max listener for shoutcast it is currently set at 32 listeners."

Edit config, look for

MaxUser. The maximum number of simultaneous listeners allowed.
; Compute a reasonable value for your available upstream bandwidth (i.e. if
; you have 256kbps upload DSL, and want to broadcast at 24kbps, you would
; choose 256kbps/24kbps=10 maximum listeners.) Setting this value higher
; only wastes RAM and screws up your broadcast when more people connect
; than you can support.
MaxUser=32

Hint: It's the first one :)

I see you have double posted. There is no way you can support 32 listeners (or more) unless you are 3rd party hosted. If you are on cable or DSL your upload speed is probably 256kbps. If you are broadcasting at 56k you can support 4 listeners max. Drop that down to 32kbps and you can support a few more.
