Buffering

Have a few questions about buffering. My Shoutcast server has ADSL 1500/256. Using the bandwidth calculator I was told I could accomodate 4 user simultaneously at 56kbps/24khz. Sometimes when i'm the only person listening (remotely) I still get buffering. To test my remote connection I switch over to another stream to make sure its not my local connection. The other stream works fine (no buffering). I downloaded Ping plotter to test the network but not quite sure how to pinpoint. Can someone give me a few tips? My station is at http://wired7.com

Are you running a web, mail, ftp, etc... server also, it will affect bandwidth.

Yes i am running a website but the site maybe get one hit a day. Also buffering is occuring with one listener...
