Decreasing Streamed Size?

When you stream video off of a camera the size of this file is very large, is there anyway of decreasing the size of this file, other than decreasing the qulaity when you stream the video ??

You can purcahse the VP6.2 video codec (VFW version) from ON2.

Or use it personally for free, without worrying about them noticing, because Sankt is a scaremonger trying to put fear into the eyes of young children.
