Reckon the bst way to deal with derailments is for a mod to split the crap out..leaving the content applicable to the thread, dumping the rest in the bin ...(permantently) ...this was looking to be a reasonable thread...

'General Discussions', is so you can discuss stuff generally (hopefully without argument) ....how can that happen when threads are consistently derailed? No wonder half the folk I knew (including myself) don't bother coming over here much any more... sorry just my tuppence worth


on topic? Kinda proud of my web-sites (even if they aren't doing as well as I would like) and getting a job on infoholix.net where I am now Ass. Webmaster working in PHP/MySQL! Big jump for me and while I have a bit to go I'm doing kinda ok
Taking it nice and steady and using a test site/test database to edit/test and only then input to the main site.

so I know theres a lot to do on my own site but It's developing slowly and I have a load of new content (including exclusive CD releases for the Music Center!)

And best part is I'm having all the fun learning it (slowly :D)
