What should the theme of the contest be?
If anyone wants to add an option, PM jones. I bet he wouldn't mind modding the poll for us :)

I think "Music" and "Nostalgia" ought to give everybody the right amount of ... leeway ... and ... broadness? I thought I knew the word for it. Anyway, it is quite humorous that we did that at virtually the same time. Looks like you might have started earlier... ;)

No offence, but none of the options on the poll are very good.

Nostalgia is a personal thing. The idea is to make a skin that is about something that you are emotionally attached to from your past. So forcing everyone to do one decade is no good. It's like getting people to skin other people's nostalgia.

Likewise, there's no reason for a music contest to be limited to one genre. There's no way that all entrants will like the same one genre, or will want to make a skin for it. Various people would want to make a skin for various genres, so why force everyone to skin only one? Hell, most of the genres I, for one, listen to the most aren't even on there.

so vote for music - all genres and/or PM a mod to add an option for "nostalgia - any time period"
