Attaching the Playlist and a vis question

Hey guys Im new to skinning in modern winamp. I was wondering if you can attach the playlist into the main. Im still not too familiar with the way things work so try and make it simple :) . Also as I remember in the older Winamp there was a way to edit the Vis through Viscolor.txt but cant find the way to do it in this version.

If you have unziped a modern skin,
there're usually in xml/player-normal.group.xml
