HitMP3 Plug-in - I've a problem

Hello!!!

I have WinAmp 5.0.4 and the Plug-In "HitMP3". But in WinAmp I haven't found the Plug-In. Does it work on WinAmp 5.0.4??? Where can I find this in Winamp.
