making skins

i would really like to make a skin to rep for my clan GWAR any body know how i would go about doing this? what program do i need is it possible such things like that

dont you just h8 useless threads like this, even if you did want to start making a skin your not gonna get anywhere unless you read stuff for yourself
so rtfm & ask questions when youve digested rather a lot of info for skinning :)

that may sound negative and it is, stop wasting peoples time and look for yourself cos if you cant even do that then you aint got a hope to create a skin :D

true that!, there is enogh info on this forum to make your first, second,ets skins before you ask some one for help,i think my first post was to see what you guys thought about my skins not "how to make a skin".
