Everyone seems to recommend the SQRSoft Crossfading plugin, and I like it when it works. But several times I've found that my radio stream has become garbled/is hiccuping, and I've had to shut off the plugin. And the switch to the donation website every few minutes is also annoying. Yet there have been no updates since 2002, so I see no reason to support this tool.

Are there any other comparable crossfading plugins out there?

Do a websearch for version 1.72. It's free. I've been using it since my station began in August of 1999 and not once was I taken to a donation page.

the new winamp version (5) has a build in crossfader, just push the config sign on the bottom of your player, just next to the equalizer there is a little button with a number inside and two buttons on the side of that , push to apply it and change the setting to the level you like
