I currently have Winamp DSP plugins for agc & audio compression. As long as I have the Winamp set to play the mp3 files all works fine. If I switch the winamp dsp source encoder from player to soundcard input and play from my external audio mixer the agc and compressor plugins won't work. Does Winamp have a plugin that can be used for other audio like external mixers to computer line input that will keep the level constant to the Shoutcast Source and the encoder?

just the shoutcast dsp alone should work for what ya need it for.

I reccomend SAM2 cause its not as big of a hassle as all of the plugins for winamp.

What kind of soundcard are ya using?

I have a Realtek AC97 Audio

I've looked at SAM2 and like it. I'm leaning that way.

Thanks for your help
