How do you include a free mp3 with skin submission like these guys?

I noticed this skin

THe guy included a free mp3.

How does one do that?

I saw the submit thumbnail, sumbit skin file, submit screen print of what the skin will look like.

but, i didn't see a submission slot for submitting a free mp3 along with the skin submission (if one wanted to do that... like me :):)

Moved to modern skins forums.

You bundle the mp3 with the skin and add a bit of coding to the skin to play it back.

But be advised the skin you linked, and other like it are sponsored skins and thus can do that, normally we wouldn't let onto the site from just any regular joe.

Oh, and I forgot to add, it's the most ANNOYING FUCKING THING IN THE WORLD to download a skin only to find it starts playing some other song you neither want or like....

I want to second that, the skin looks cool, but I didn't like that it interrupted the songs I had playing :/
