I dont know what to do, the last thing what i have discovered about my problem is that i cant conect with my USB CABLE MODEM but with my Dial Up modem i can, i dont know why.
When i try to connect from the Source, the Server dont receive any signal of connection and obviously the Source dont connect, i dont know what happens, i have tried a lot of things and nothing...

I would not even attempt to broadcast using a dialup modem. Fatest connection is what 45-52kbps? That might support 1-2 listeners.
I am not familiar with any problems with usb cable modems.

You can log into your router/modem and FORWARD ports 8500 & 8501 to LAN IP address of the PC with shoutcast.

Consult the documentation that came with it. or do a google search for your brand name and model and port forwarding. They are all configured a bit differently.
