on the no-ip site i have created my host name which is

please do not double post. Keep to one thread. use localhost in your DSP.

If you have a router you must login to your router's config and forward port 8000 to your internal ip. you can find your internal ip by running the command prompt and typing ip-config. on some routers you will just have to select the computer name instead of the internal ip.

how to login to the routers config & my internal ip is 10.12.172.28

logining on to your router's config depends on your router. you will want to check its documentation... usually you will type your router's ip into your web browser and that will take you to the config page. you can find your routers ip using ipconfig also.
