I have installed every thing right for SHOUTcast but it dont connect it goes conecting>not conecting. I put all this on the details and i have server.

OUTPUT

CONECTION>
adress = localhost
port = 8000
station id = (blanked out)
encoder = 2 (yes i have got this as the input one on the encoder tab)

yellowpages>
ticked the make local
url = http://www.shoutcast.com
genre = metal
AIM = n/a
ICQ = 0
irc = #shoutcast

INPUT

I have got it on the winamp one.

PLEASE HELP ME IDENTIFY MY PROBLEM
