Buffer zero NO hammering

I've noticed a few streams that when they are full give a buffer ZERO, instead of letting users "hammer".

Is there some mod?.

hammering is rather lame, but i think that's just random, i'm not sure though.

CraigF was doing it, he had all his posts under creative commons, I thought it was funny and did the little quiz to pick a license and dropped it in my sig.

Bulk needs a Creative Commons license. That means is he says anything useful, including correcting my typos, that we are welcome to make a derivative work.

I checked bulksgreatesthits.com is available :-). I think Bulk is funnier than Cartman some days.
