Easy PHP Web Hosting

COuld someone refer me to an easy to use Hosting that supports PHP. I will edit the site in dreamweaver and I will put the PHP code in that will show currently playing song and then save it. I am looking for an easy to use hosting that has maybe a browser FTP. I am not that keen on web building so It cant be too complex. OR if anyone could help we cutomize the template as well, that would be great. No asking for all this for free, that would be nice, but I am just looking for an easy host for a good price, or someone here to help. Thanks.

Fast-Serv.com, perfect uptime, don't know about prices.
Novanetworks.net , good uptime, good prices.
