How can one get stats from a cluster for listener counts etc..
there is no index/7/admin page to grab these stats from.

Forgive me if this is a repost, but i searched the forums and couldnt quite find anything directly on this subject.

you would have to aggregate that data yourself.

hmm parsing the shoutcast.com website is not at all elegant considering the abudance of tools already available to help yo u do this, but whatever you feel is neccessary.

well i would gladly use a premade/readily available tool but havent seen any out there.
most of the tools i see are for standard availably shoutcast servers that have getable xml/index/7 pages running.
If there is an easier way to get a combined count of the uvox slots and in house shoutcast servers we have, i would be more than glad to use such a tool

half of the servers in question are being provided on the ultravox system, which does not provide the standard built in httpd of shoutcast (index.html, 7.html, admin.cgi, xml feed)

This script looks wonderful! We have recently braved the new (for us) world of clustering, and a nice page that would show all users on both servers would be very nice.

Unfortunately, none of us has any idea of how to make the script work. i tried to paste it into the html of a webpage :igor: . It didn't work.

Any help for beginners, here? (errr....thanks)
